Mark Dudick worked in the production and business management world, prior to receiving his MFA in creative writing from the University of Montana. Other jobs include waiter, dishwasher, paperboy, yard-care technician, fry cook, toy dept. cashier, gas jockey, drill-press operator, blow-molding machine operator, industrial lifting magnet building/repair supervisor, project engineer, plant manager, audio/visual techie, sawyer, slime-line expediter, fish hucker, newspaper reporter, free-lancer and technical writer/editor. His specialties involve creative and technical writing, editing, literary criticism and world literature since 1900, and he’s also hashing out a novel about the trials and tribulations of cannery workers in Alaska.

| Bill Swears flew military helicopters for twenty-two years, served as an education/training officer in both the Army and Coast Guard. He has taught classes ranging from flight regulations, to online database operations, to Stephen R. Covey's "Seven Habits for Highly Effective People." He is developing his MA in English Literature thesis which focuses on different approaches to mythic tropes in literary and genre fiction, and marketing two novel-length manuscripts. |
